A good experiance being a customer. They delivered the can promptly. They never missed a trash pick up in 2 years. And when I cancelled(when I moved) they picked up the can withing a few days. They also responded to emails very quickly and had good customer service. I would use them again if I ever had the need.

We switched to L&L as soon as they offered their service in our neighborhood, we couldn't switch from RS fast enough. Their customer service and communication is amazing, they charge much less than the competition and we no longer have trash thrown all over our yard and neighborhood. They will even grab your can and dump it if you forget to put it out every once in a while, not always but they do it and that makes a difference to us. Thank you L&L, we appreciate ya

The staff is ultra friendly and easy to work with - no hassle. The guys driving the trucks are friendly and are careful to put your can back. They will take an extra can if you have an 'overflow' week and L&L doesn't rip you off like other companies do with ridiculous extra charges. They are locally owned in Bozeman unlike Republic and they are less expensive. So glad I switched to L&L... I see my neighbors are migrating to L&L too. Thanks for great service!

I was never so glad when L&L came out to my neighborhood 3 years ago. I've been so happy ever sense!! The guys are just FABULOUS! Anytime I've called for an extra pickup, they are there next day. The guys even helped me move the old dresser (heavy) from the garage to the truck when he saw I was trying to get it, but it was just too heave for me. I can recommend L&L without hesitation. Love, Love, Love them!

Switched from big corporate plan and sure do appreciate the home town feel of this place. Have always shown great care for what we need and questions we have. And they haul away our yard clippings for minimal fees, excellent !!

Before when I used Republic, they twice did not empty my trash can even though I had it out on the street early. I called to report it but getting through to a human was almost impossible. This was the main reason I switched to L&L. I immediately found out that they offered discounts for seniors or veterans, so my fee is actually lower. However, the other day we had a pretty big snow and I had to make a early doctor's appointment. When I drove out I realized that I had forgotten to put out the trash can on the street and just chalked it up since it was not that full. But when I returned home I saw that the L&L truck driver had actually GOTTEN OUT OF HIS TRUCK and walked up to get my trash can. Now I tell you what, that's customer service over the top. I didn't expect that and I hope I never forget to put it out again. But this just demonstrates the difference between a locally owned firm and a huge national corporation. Thanks L&L and I also really appreciate your support of the Montana State Bobcats, as evidenced by your activities around the community.

We used to have Republic Service as it was our only choice for trash pickup. When L&L offered service in our area we signed up . I have not regretted 1 day of signing up with them. They are professional, on time, and offer Veteran and Senior discounts . Of which, I am both. They should have more than 5 Stars
