Locally Grown, Veteran Owned waste hauler is looking for fun, energetic people to join our team. We are a fast-paced company with immediate openings for Roll-Off Drivers. Candidate must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment screening, which includes previous employer inquiries, drug and alcohol testing, and MVR records.

Candidate would be servicing our roll-off dumpsters in Gallatin, Park & Madison Counties. We operate a fleet of automatic Kenworth roll-off trucks. L&L has a very high standard when it comes to customer service. Our employees are the face of our company. Therefore, we are looking for individuals who will represent us well in our community. Candidate must be able to communicate well with others, including his/her supervisor, fellow co-workers, and customers.

This is a full-time/ year-round position. Typical work week is Monday-Friday, but Saturday work is sometimes available.

Garbage Truck Driver

Seeking Garbage Truck Driver. Class A or B.

Locally owned & operated waste hauler is looking for a fun, energetic, and highly motivated person to join our front desk team. Must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and have excellent customer service skills. Candidate must be able to communicate with customers in person OR over the phone in a professional and friendly matter. We are a fast-paced company that holds customer service to the highest of standards. Duties and responsibilities will include answering phones, taking messages, filing paperwork and misc. office duties. Candidate needs to be comfortable on a computer with Email, Word, Excel, navigating the web, proficient in typing etc. Willingness to learn our routing/client software is a must. Locally owned & operated waste hauler is looking for a fun, energetic person to join our Team! We are currently hiring for a full time Accountant. Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks is Required.
Duties would include (but not limited to):

• Bookkeeping
• A/R - process client invoicing and payments
• A/P - Create and track bills and liabilities; process payments, review and audit expense reports, coordinate expenses with managers
• Payroll - Prepare and process payroll
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Adjusting journal entries
• Preparation of financial statements
• Manage and process business monthly/yearly insurance policies
• HR duties; Manage and process health insurance, employment verification, 401k filings, forms, census
• Provide various clerical and administrative support to management as requested

Expectations:
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Knowledge and experience with bookkeeping processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize accounting tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to interface with staff and management

L&L Site Services is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable mechanic. Qualified applicants must have medium/ heavy truck mechanic experience. A CDL license is a plus, but not required. Currently, we have approximately 30 trucks plus trailers on the road. We also have heavy equipment that would need to be maintained. Our fleet includes Kenworth, Freightliner, and Peterbilt.
Duties would include:


  • Daily maintenance of truck fleet
  • Diagnostics of truck issues
  • Repairs of trucks
  • Oil Changes
  • Wiring
  • Brakes
  • Hydraulics
  • Ensuring that all trucks are running and up to all Federal and State DOT Safety Requirements
  • Communicating with drivers and dispatchers about trucks

Applicant would work side by side with our Shop Manager. Pay is DOE. This is a full-time position and may require after-hours/weekend work to ensure that the fleet is running.
