Since our inception in 2007, L&L has grown from a Veteran owned 2-person company, to now having over 70 employees. Lance has grown his business from the ground up. L&L has always been built on the stance of being locally owned and operated, with the belief that service to the customer is the foundation of our company.
We strive to provide each of our customers with excellent customer service. We take a hands-on approach to every customer's container, ensuring that the job is done correctly the first time. As we continue to grow, we are opening new positions within our company, providing a safe & friendly environment for employees and their families.
L&L began strictly hauling construction debris from job sites in Gallatin County. We have streamlined this process to keep job sites cleaner and more efficient. In 2016, after a long-fought battle, we were granted an MSW permit from the Public Service Commission. This has allowed us to expand our services. We now provide curbside waste & commercial collection for residential & commercial buildings in Gallatin County.
We also have a dedicated demolition division to tackle projects large and small throughout the State of Montana.
In Missoula County, MT, Grizzly Disposal and Recycling started as a cardboard recycling business in November 2020, with 2 employees. It then added demolition services January 2021, and finally after it was awarded a permit to haul MSW it opened the garbage collection service May 2022.
We are committed to putting service back in the service industry and give Missoula a fresh new feel and look of a locally owned and operated company. A company that focuses on the people, not the profits. The customers, not the costs. The community, not the corporations.
We have established a team led by local people with history and knowledge of this community and its needs. We strive to be a part of this entire community; we love to work with local organizations and programs and are excited about the potential future opportunities. So, if you see us out there say "hi", and we will do the same!
